Update on NHL players invited to join Russian team for World Championships

A source told Soviet Sport Pavel Lysenkov, the Russian team at the World Cup from overseas are invited goalie Semyon Varlamov, the defenders of Nikita Nikitin and Alexei Emelin, forwards Alexander Burmistrov and Nikolai Kulemin.
No one called for in the first wave will not fall. Head coach Zinetula Bilyaletdinov showed no interest in veterans such as Evgeny Nabokov, or to the players level farm club, as Evgeny Dadonov.
